Ms. Nagajothi M is the Program Director at Ashraya Zilla Vikalangula Samakya (AZVS), bringing over 10 years of experience in the disability and development sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Development from Gandhigram University.
Her professional journey includes serving as Project Manager for the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program in Kodaikanal and as Sponsorship Coordinator for child programs focusing on Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
At AZVS, she currently leads and oversees programs across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, ensuring impactful implementation in the areas of education, livelihoods, health, accessibility, women’s empowerment, and community inclusion. With her expertise in program management and inclusive development, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships, mentoring teams, and driving the organization’s mission of empowerment and inclusion of Persons with Disabilities.
